Programmes

• Outreach to schools and NGOs to create buy-in for Rubaroo's services

• Liaise with schools and NGOs to schedule Rubaroo's workshops/ sessions and manage workshop logistics

• Conducting Rubaroo's programmes in schools/NGOs and communities with children and adult stakeholders

• Following up with schools/ NGOs/ communities on developments after the intervention

• Conducting research in relation to Rubaroo's programmes

• Documenting and analysing data on the programmes

• Preparation of reports on the programmes for internal and external stakeholders

• Provide first-aid counselling services to children

• Provide counselling services/handling case work

• Training and onboarding new recruits to the position of Project Officer

Marketing and Fundraising

• Support the fundraising efforts of the organisation by assisting with campaigns and events

• Salary 20K to 25k
