Account cum Sales Executive 
Organization Profile: 

Gramshree is working on a hybrid model.  Gramshree Foundation Trust & Gramshree Development Services Pvt Ltd .

Gramshree Development Services Pvt Ltd, is a social start-up working since 2014 in field of Value chain consultancy, Value chain intervention in rural areas of our country with focus of enhancing the income of farmers through value addition and use of technology to provide better price to farmers for its produce. Gramshree has built its own space as Agri-based start-up in the country. Gramshree received first prize under Agriculture start-up in 2018 by villgro and won FICCI business excellence awards as the most impactful startup for its intervention in Custard Apple and Jamun Value Chain in 2018.  

Gramshree Foundation Trust is registered under Trust act in 2018 and have been working in the Tribal belt of Rajasthan with a vision of impacting the lives of Tribal Families through women, so that they can take control of their own lives. Currently Gramshree is working through formation of Farmer Producer Groups and Producer Organization and livelihood intervention on vegetable cultivation and natural farming. 

Gramshree is looking for young and dynamic individual with experience in the range of 2  years as accountant or Sales executive and in handling multiple activity simultaneously. She/he should have understanding of working in tally and understand the basis of sales and Marketing. 

Designation: Account cum Sales Executive.  
Period: Appointment will be provided for 1-year period with Annual Assessment and Renewal on mutual agreement. 

Location: Neb Sarai, Delhi. 

Role Expected: 
Responsible for maintaining the account of Trust and company on day to day basis. 
She/he will be responsible for coordinating with the field team and ensuring that expenditure done in the field are done as per accounting norms and proper bill and receipt are generated on regular basis.
She/he will be responsible for setting up accounting system of the organization. Ensure proper filling of all the records. 
She/he will be responsible for generating invoice, e-way bill, proforma invoice and other documents for the sales purpose. 
She/he will be responsible for coordinating with field team in Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan to ensure that timely bills are sent to Delhi for the entry. 
She/he will be supporting the team in Delhi in sale as per requirement. This will require visit to vendor for seeking the order. Many a time it will lead to delivery of product and lifting / shifting of products from one place to other. 
She/he will be responsible to generate the lead for sale though online portal. 
She/ he will be responsible for packaging and other work related to dispatch of the product to the customer. 

Qualification and Essential Terms:
B Com / M Com  or any other higher degree related to finance. 
Must have worked on tally and have understanding of statutory requirement of NGO and Company 
Minimum of 2 years of experience at least in account maintenance in Tally or have experience on sales with good knowledge on tally.  
Having understanding of accounts for Not for profit will be added advantage. 
One-year appointment has clause that one-month salary is deducted in 3 installments and kept as security. This amount is paid back after completion of one-year period in the organization. If the candidates leave before one year, security amount deducted is forfeited.

Remuneration : Rs 15,000 to Rs 25,000/(As per qualification and relevant experience)
Other support:
Petrol Cost for two wheelers as per organization norms. . 
Travel for company work will be covered by GRAMSHREE as per organization norms.
