Navjyoti India Foundation is a not-for-profit society, registered on January 5, 1988 by then 16 serving police officers of Delhi Police and conceived by Dr Kiran Bedi, first woman IPS, and her team of North district police, with the main objective of crime prevention through welfare policing.

Admin Manager Vacancy

Key Result Areas:

·       Implement and ensure execution of all administrative policies, processes and procedures at the Head Office

·       Ensure minimal time taken in recruitment of employees and completion of records

·       Preparation and submission of complete and accurate information related to wages and salary by 24th of  every month to the Accounts Incharge

·       Ensure the facilities, machinery, equipment of the organization are well maintained, kept secured and safe at all project sites

·       Coordinate and ensure General Body and Governing Body meetings are held on time

·       100% Updation of data bank of board members, employees, volunteers, interns and records are readily available and retrieved

·       Timely correspondence is done both internally as well as externally for the smooth functioning of the organization

·       Increased employee satisfaction for support services and facilities to facilitate the operations

·       Reduction in cost of purchases through efficient management of resources of the organization

·       Reduction in cycle time of procurement of quality goods

·       Efficient management of vehicles, travel and transport
