At Haqdarshak, this is the problem we are trying to solve through an assisted tech model which ensures last mile connectivity.
We feel both humble and proud that in the last 5 years we have channelized over INR 500 crore and reached more than 1 million families across 22 states in the country. In the process, we have trained over 10000 women entrepreneurs — the frontline support agents — who earn a livelihood because they are trained on our products and processes. The Opportunity
We are looking to hire passionate people in Training & Development
Training and Development:


The Training and development Associate is responsible for improving the on field training outcomes using the inputs from different vertical of the organization. This position will assess the company-wide development needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solution for internal and external employees. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements an effective method to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.


You will be doing

● Assessment of Learning needs and Training Plans with line managers.

● Develop Learning Modules and Leadership Development Program with internal resources and external agencies support ● Be responsible for the on-ground implementation of the training modules and lead the team for impactful delivery mechanism, by working directly with the citizens and partner connect

Update training programs to ensure that they are relevant

● Effective use of LMS for capacity building of employee in their respective domains

● Organize Train-the-Trainer program, Soft Skills & Management Development Program.

● Develop Training Metrics to measure effectiveness of delivery and content.

● Facilitate coaching and mentoring to develop middle management and leadership pipeline

● Conduct product training to drive performance metrics

o Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

o Ability to conceptualize, plan, design and implement specific interventions towards leadership development and behavioral change.

o Should be able to identify and implement latest tools to deliver learning agenda

o Ability to work and drive agenda in a multiple stakeholder organization. o Understanding of latest learning technique


You should

● Masters in any discipline (preferably Development Studies/ Livelihood Management / Social Development

● Graduate with Extensive Training Experience are also eligible to apply

● Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi)

● Minimum 2 years of experience preferably Training development, Capacity building and communication, community training, public relations domains

● Passion to make a change
● Readiness to travel extensively and relocate with respect to the Project requirements

● A staunch believer of Collaborative learning and cocreation of knowledge.

Location: Pune/Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore
