Job Location: Khargone- (Jhiranya and Bhagwanpura Blocks)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling Assigned Block: Would be required to handle assigned blocks in villages. Cluster Incharge have to further divide their assigned territory into four divisions and appoint GS (Grameen Sahayaks) in respective areas as assigned by the company.

▪ Assign the priority Village to GS and monitor the activities.

▪ Make sure these village has the right target customers.

• Product Demonstration: Must Plan adequate demos for the GS and meet and convince influential people in the villages, including members of Self-Help Groups, Panchayat and other local leaders for the same.

▪ Prepare daily /weekly market Visit plan and monitor the same.

▪ Make sure the GS meeting the right profile of customers.

• Appointment, Training and Monitoring of Grameen Sahayak-

• Updating Grameen Sahayak on the Standard operating procedures and they following it strictly.

• Laying down demonstration plans for Daily, weekly and monthly.

• Conducting Training, Tests, Surveys, KPT etc.

• Order Booking, Distribution & Data Collection:

• Weekly order report must be prepared by them

• Distribution plan vs actual MIS must be reviewed

 • Customer feedback and Survey

• Any customer escalations must be closed in a polite manner
