Job notification for Community Facilitators (CFs)
Recruitment
 We are hiring 1 Community Facilitators to work with ICICI Foundation.
Skills required
 Knowledge in agriculture and allied activities.
 Community mobilization
Roles and responsibilities (tentative and shall be changed as per requirement)
 Conducting trainings, meetings and events
 Identification of trainers to conduct trainings
 Data collection – baseline and tracking required (indicators) data regularly
 Ability to engage with block level government officials
 Assisting Development Officer (DO) in establishment of value chainsystem
 Assisting DO in preparing business development plans
 Formation & registration of groups as pre requirement
 Coordinate collective marketing
 Coordination between the market linkages (traders) and farmers.
 Any work entrusted by DO
Requirement
 Any Graduation from social sciences, agriculture or arts. (In avoidable situation, relaxation may
be requested)
 One or two years’ experience in development work or in agriculture sector will be added
advantage.
 (having own vehicle is an advantage)
Location
 CF need to work in 4 – 5 villages. Districts: Damoh (Hattablock)
 CFs should stay in or nearby village locations
Financial
 Take home salary per month is 14 to 18 thousands and per annum CTC will be 1.68 lakh to
2.16 lakhs
 Travel: Per Kilo Meter Rs. 3/- & per month limit is up to Rs.2,200/-.
