Counsellors:

Qualification & Experience:

• Anyone with a Bachelor's degree who is keen to work in the not-for-profit space

• Priority for people with experience of 1 year and more

• Must have smart phone

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Answering the calls from students

• Collecting information on educational notifications

• Deliver career Guidance webinar sessions online.

• Coordinate with Head masters and required officials to conduct the sessions.

• Assist all managers with data management and analysis to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Energetic and dynamic

• Self-motivated, Self-confident and Self-driven

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to teach the students (Must)

• Strong time management

• Must be solution oriented

Expert Counsellors:

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience of 1 year and more

• Must have a Laptop and smart phone

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Answering the calls from students

• Monitor the counsellors work •

• Must be solution oriented Project Manager:

Responsibilities and Duties:

• The Centre Manager should be responsible to chalk out various activities jointly with the project staffs such as conducting webinars, addressing the career queries through helpline, outbound calls to the students etc

• Strategically design the route map for conducting the programs.

• Preparing the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports in the relevant format to track the performance of the Centre and share it with the head- office personnel.

• Documenting the various interventions at the centre

• Building strong relationship with the NGOs, CSRs, Government Department, Press and Media and various other stakeholders • Achieving the set goals for the Centre

• Any other duties as deemed necessary

Qualification & Experience:

• Post Graduate in the field of Management/Administration/Social Work or allied areas

• 3-5 years working experience in the related area shall be preferred

• Passion to serve students

Desired Skills:

• Preferably experience in disability sectors or Education sector.

• Should be well versed with entire MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Proficient in communication in Hindi / English / Local language

• Ability to build diverse & collaborative relationship with external stake holders

• Ability to lead small teams effectively

• Efficient data management and delivering reports on set frequencies

• Must have a Laptop and smart phone
