Position: Last Mile Delivery Executive
Location: Kukshi, Madhya Pradesh
Skills Needed: Good communication and negotiation skills, Computer proficiency, 
Flexibility to travel
Package: 2.6 Lakh CTC
Avichal Ventures is a proprietorship firm founded by Mr Avichal Seetha, an 
engineering graduate in 2017. We are the channel partners of Jindal 
Stainless Steel and distributors of Greenway Stoves. We have multiple warehouses in 
Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Odisha and are expanding our reach in other 
states of India as well.
We are looking for young, energetic and diligent incumbent to look after our supply 
chain operations in Kukshi, Madhya Pradesh. The incumbent should have a previous 
experience in handling logistics. The incumbent should have a good knowledge in 
preparing delivery challans, E-Way Bills, extension of E-Way Bills if required and 
maintenance of various logistics registers, including but not limited to stock registers, 
inward/outward registers, etc. The following shall be the role and responsibilities of the 
incumbent
1. Coordination with the Sales Team to plan dispatch
2. Route plan
3. Allocation of vehicles based on service, costing, etc.
4. Checking of Dispatch documents
5. Handling petty cash 
6. Checking of Stock Register, Inward and Outward Register, etc.
7. Checking or preparing E-Way Bills
8. Daily tracking of vehicles and reporting to concerned teams
9. Maintenance of Vehicle Log Book
10.Daily Dispatch Report
11.Daily and Monthly Stock Report
12.Vendor payments
13.Logistics costing
Notwithstanding the responsibilities mentioned above, the incumbent may have to perform additional duties as required by the Logistics Manager.
