Duties and Responsibilities.
• Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities.
• Help build positive relations within the team and external parties to achieve the successful delivery
of the program.
• Keep all members of the management and stakeholder team up-to-date with relevant project
information.
• Communicate with team members to ensure maximum efficiency and meet the challenges that team
is facing on ground.
• Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda. Govt. Liasion for smooth functioning
of the program. Managing good relationships Govt. officials.
• Hand-on experience in technology usage. Good understanding of platforms like Zoom, MS teams
etc. Create PowerPoint presentations, excel spreadsheets and manage MIS of the project for the ready
updates to management.
• Preparations of Reports and timely submission of the same. Report writing experience is preferred.
• Support growth and program development. Create presentations, summaries and helping materials
to ensure better communication and company-wide understanding of the program Education:
Graduation in Education / social work or any degree in equivalent stream.
Experience:
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Managing the education program.
Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports
Language Requirements:
Fluency in written and spoken English
Fluency in spoken Hindi is preference
