Job Summary

Job Description
WinVinaya Foundation is a Charitable Trust, we train Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in niche and
futuristic skills including Software Development, Microsoft Power BI, Core banking, Microsoft Power
Automate, and more, for free.
We don’t charge any fees to the inclusive companies that recruit them (either as employees/ consultants/ paid
interns) as well. We completed 5 years early this year. Key highlights of our initiatives -
1. We have trained 400+ candidates (Persons with Disabilities, Women) coming from 12 states of India
across 10 different disabilities.
2. We launched WinVinaya Academy – the first Online Digital Learning platform designed for PWDs
with courses in English Medium and Indian Sign Language Medium
3. WinVinaya’s EduConnect program was launched this year with twin objectives – to increase the skill
level of PWD students when they are in college and to increase the pass percentage of PWD students
when they are in school (Less than 10% PWDs are graduates in India)
4. We are among the very few NGOs in India (there are 30 Lakh+ NGOs in India) who provide Niche Skills
to PWDs, focus on Innovation, invest in the entire life cycle - School/ College/ Adults looking for jobs
Role Project Coordinator
Location Bangalore
Responsibilities –
 Manage, Monitor, Coordinate between different programs and projects of the organization
 Support in Sourcing of candidates for training programs
 Create strategies to scale the programs to other NGOs, colleges and more
 Work with different stake holders – Domain experts, Other foundations, Persons with Disabilities and
Different age groups
 Create strategic planning to improve placement of candidates - already trained and those in training
 Create plan to address skill gap from college itself by supporting in the strengthening the course
 Engage in Soft Skills training to ensure career growth of candidates
 Analyse, and work with sourcing, training, placement data maintained by the organization
 Help in scaling to reach out and include different beneficiaries –Acid Attack Victims, LGBTQ+ and the
 Participate in Disability Sensitization Workshops
 Research on different LMS trends and skills-job mapping to suggest courses, target beneficiaries
 Actively look for the learning requirements and recommend new courses
 Analyse the process flow, Document Best Practices, Lessons Learnt, Improvement Areas & recommend
and implement improvements
Requirements –
 Good English Communication Skills (Spoken, Written)
 Excellent Interpersonal skills
 Should have hands-on knowledge in MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Word
 Proficient in Email, Social Media, Internet
 Should have empathy to work with persons with disabilities, other marginalized communities.
 Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills
 Be a self-starter and take ownership
 Be meticulous and able to follow through
 Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic, challenging, and fast-moving environment
 Teamwork, cooperation, ability to take direction and develop others
 Reliable, focused, with demonstrated ability to consistently meet goals and deadlines
 Knowledge of Indian Sign Language will be a plus.
Experience & Qualifications –
 Master of Social Work/ Bachelor of Social Work or graduation in other relevant areas
 Freshers and those with 0-1 year of experience are eligible
