Roles & Responsibilities
Regular school visits to deliver on-site support for teachers, HMs to improve their classroom
teaching practices and building student learning environment at school level.
Deliver teachers training- organize and facilitate training contents on Foundational Literacy
and Numeracy.
Organize, manage student assessment processes- Baseline and end line of grade 3 & 5
Managing students learning outcome data and analysis.
Set up print-rich learning environment/ classroom make-over at the school level.
Manage teachers lesson planning, record maintenance at the assigned schools.
Organize community awareness programs/events/campaigns with Mothers group, School
Management committee and respective school authority.
Documentation of teachers/school best practices, report writing, data management.
Knowledge and Skills
Basic knowledge in elementary school education ecosystem.
Basic understanding on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) mission, NIPUN Bharat.
Skills in managing, facilitating teachers training programs.
People skill to collaborate with school teachers and community.
Competencies and Abilities:
Improve in learning outcome of students- in basic literacy and numeracy.
Transform school ecosystem with integration of activity based teachings.
Transform teacher’s practices in conducting regular lesson planning, student assessment,
use of TLMs in teaching practices.
RPs has to transform school classrooms with print-rich learning materials.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Graduate.
An understanding or work experience in education sector and not for profit organisations,
with experience of managing large teams.
Language (any local language preferred): Assamese is mandatory. English and Hindi is an added
advantage.
