Under our Urban Expanse, we are now looking for Field Coordinator (Urban) at the following locations: Chandigarh
A sales profile with a passion to work to ensure benefits to the needy
Be responsible for the urban project implementation at the assigned location/s for delivery of benefits under various schemes to target beneficiary with the help of technology on 6 month contract
â– Understand scheme information, and explain it to the citizens/stakeholders
â– Market our application support services to citizens and generate interest
â– Work actively & directly with the citizens to help them get scheme benefits by way of applications
â– Visit government, semi -government, philanthropic institutes to gather information of upcoming events, camps etc. relevant for scheme benefits
â– Giving services for filling out application forms, consolidation of all required documentation and submission to concerned departments on behalf of citizens.
â– Effective liasoning with local government bodies and officials
â– Giving citizen feedback to internal research and product teams
â– Meeting organizational and regular compliance on documentation and reporting

☞ Qualifications and Requisites:
â– Graduation in any discipline (commerce / management stream is preferred)
â– Sales bent of mind is a must
â– Minimum one year of professional work experience. {Work experience in Sales & Marketing Or Business Development would be preferred}.
â– Language proficiency in the local state language (reading, writing, speaking).
â– Good communication skills in English. (Ability to read and understand is necessary).
â– Basic skill and understanding in handling a smart phone and desktop/laptop.
â– Knowledge of MS Office is necessary
â– Empathy and willingness towards resolving people’s concerns very patiently
Compensation > 12K to 16K/ month
