We’re Hiring | Academic Coordinator

Location: Mylliem & Mawphlang Block, Shillong, Meghalaya

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and support teachers and managers to help them teach better and lead more effectively.
• Deliver training on Subject Knowledge, Soft Skills, Communication & Personality Development.
• Conduct school visits and provide on-the-job academic support.
• Support recruitment, demo sessions, and performance feedback.
• Enhance student learning outcomes in Mathematics, Khasi, and English through effective teaching and academic support.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of FLN, NIPUN Bharat & NEP 2020
• Experience in academic mentoring (English & Math)
• Knowledge of the elementary education ecosystem
• Ability to evaluate performance and drive improvements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Education / Social Work or relevant field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Languages: English (mandatory), Khasi (preferred)
