Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Train and mentor Resource Persons (RPs)
- Conduct school visits and classroom observations
- Design learning materials, lesson plans, and assessments
- Lead monthly trainings and capacity-building workshops
- Collaborate with government stakeholders and partners
- Track student progress through baseline and endline assessments
- Prepare reports and ensure smooth program implementation
Qualification
Graduate in Education, Social Work, or related field
Language proficiency: English & Khasi
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in education/academic roles
- Strong understanding of teaching-learning processes
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Willingness to travel and work closely with schools
