Key Responsibilities

  • Train and mentor Resource Persons (RPs)
  • Conduct school visits and classroom observations
  • Design learning materials, lesson plans, and assessments
  • Lead monthly trainings and capacity-building workshops
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders and partners
  • Track student progress through baseline and endline assessments
  • Prepare reports and ensure smooth program implementation

Qualification
Graduate in Education, Social Work, or related field
Language proficiency: English & Khasi

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in education/academic roles
  • Strong understanding of teaching-learning processes
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills
  • Willingness to travel and work closely with schools
