Organization Profile:
Gramshree Foundation Trust is registered under Trust act in 2018 and has been working in the Tribal belt of Rajasthan &
Chhattisgarh with a vision of impacting the lives of Tribal Families through women, so that they can take control of their
own lives. Currently Gramshree is working through formation of Farmer Producer Groups and Producer Organization and
livelihood intervention on vegetable cultivation, natural farming and value chain intervention which involve processing and
marketing of produce.
Gramshree is working on a Hybrid model with Gramshree Foundation Trust as Not for Profit organization working at back
end with community and Gramshree Development Services Pvt limited working at front end to ensue the market linkages
for marketing of produce of the tribal farmers. Currently projects are being implemented in 2 district of Rajasthan and 2
district of Chhattisgarh. All the expenditure bills are brought to Delhi office and all accounts of both the organization is
maintained at Delhi Head office.
We are looking for Account, who have experience of handling accounts of both for profit and non-for profit organization.
Individual must have experience of handling the GST, TDS and other ensuring the Audit of the organization.
Designation: Accountant
Location: Delhi Saket
Period: Appointment will be provided for 1-year period with Annual Assessment and Renewal on mutual agreement.
Role Expected:
1. Day to Day entry of all the expenditure done on different project across the state in Tally software.
2. Printing of voucher and attachment of the all the bills on monthly basis. Reconciliation of bank statement on
monthly basis.
3. Coordination with the firm ensuring the GST return on timely basis. Providing the first detail invoice on monthly a
basis before 9th of every month
4. Deposit of TDS and coordinating with the CA firm on timely return filling.
5. Supporting the field team in maintaining the cash book, cheque book, cheque book register and other document
in the field .
6. Supporting field team and Producer Company accountant to maintain the accounts of Producer Compnay at the
field level.
7. Maintaining all the files , agreement, bills and voucher ready for statutory audit and review of firm appointed by
the the funding agency.
8. Travel to support the field team in proper management of bills and documents in field offices.
Qualification and Essential Terms:
1. B.Com / M Com/ MBA in finance with 3-4 year of experience of handling the accounts of Not for Profit and For
Profit.
2. Must be well quipped on working on tally.
3. Must be a team person and skill to deal with multi-location teams.
Offer:
Remuneration: Rs 25,000 to 30,000/-
Other support:
● Travel for company work will be covered by Trust as per organization norms.
