Position: Accountant (1)

Function: Accounts

Reporting to: Finance Manager

Location: Jhabua, Alirajpur and Narsinghpur – Madhya Pradesh

About Us:

The Change Makers Charitable Foundation (TCMCF) was established as not for profit organization
in the year 2019 with a purpose to develop human capital and promote sustainable farm practices.
With its head office in Bhopal, it currently works with more than 12,000 farmers in the states of
Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. It is building the portfolio of Contract farming along with
trading of organic commodities and farmer cooperatives.

It has planned to double the farmer base in the FY of 2023-24 and bring varied crops under the
contract farming portfolio. To take care of the expansion plans, TCMCF is looking forward to
onboard young, enthusiastic and delivery oriented professionals who are keen to work with the
farmers to promote contract farming through sustainable farm practices.

Job Description:
The scope of work includes but not limited to:

  • All accounting transactions with Proper Documentation
  • Employee Payrolls and Salary payments
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Reconcile Banks and accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Invoicing, E-invoicing, E-way Bills
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns (GST, TDS Filing)
  • Audit financial transactions and documents
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations

Requirements and skills

  • Work experience as an Accountant
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software like
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Com/M.Com with minimum of five years of relevant experience with business house
  • Age limit :28-35 years with dynamic personality

Remuneration:

  • Rs 20,000-25,000 per month/-
  • Travel and communication allowances are additional
