We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Procurement

Role Highlights:

  • Centralized procurement: vendor evaluation, quotation validation, PO processing, and contract management.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational & donor policies; maintain MIS and documentation.
  • Source and develop suppliers across regions; drive operational excellence and process improvement.
  • Lead stakeholder communication and problem-solving between suppliers, PM, and Finance teams.

Who Should Apply:

  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Law, or related fields.
  • 4–6 years of procurement experience in NGOs or service industry.
  • Strong negotiation, financial, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel across geographies.
