Job Description

ROLE:
• Responsible for coordinating, planning, and ensuring implementation of all training to be undertaken
• Capacity Building of various stakeholders
• Identification of training institutions
• Preparation of training materials, modules and kits
• Development of a training calendar and assessment of training covering all key staff of the
• programme implementation team
• Evaluate quality of training and grading of participants for further training based on an evaluation
• system to be developed
• Periodic evaluation of effectiveness of these programmes
• Identification of technical and management resource persons/consultants for programme
• implementation support
EXPERIENCE:
• 3 – 7 years of experience in conducting training / workshops development programs with at
• least 2-3 years in training related functions
• Conceptualizing and designing content
• Familiar with social issues like child rights, gender discrimination, education, among others
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Good Written / Verbal knowledge of Hindi / Local language
• Training management skills
• Familiar with Participatory training methodology
• Event management skills
• Good Coordination and liasioning skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in computers
QUALIFICATION:
• Masters degree in Management / Social Work / any other Social Sciences / Physical Education /
Sports

 

CTC budget for this role is 35000 Gross per month. Travel and Mobile over and above
