Role Overview
We are looking for an HR professional with 5–8 years of proven experience in the FMCG & Food Industry.
This role is pivotal to the complete talent lifecycle — from high-impact hiring to organizational capability building.
You will be responsible for:
Building robust talent pipelines
Strengthening organizational capability
Driving strategic hiring and talent initiatives

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including campus hiring, headhunting, and leadership hiring.
Build and manage strong pipelines for critical roles across all business functions.
Strengthen the employer brand through engagement with campuses, professional networks, and industry forums.
Partner with business leaders to forecast manpower requirements and deliver quality talent on time.
Use data-driven insights for workforce planning and recruitment metrics.
Talent Management & Development
Drive key HR initiatives including:
Career Development Frameworks
Succession Planning
Employee Engagement Programs

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
? MBA in HR (Full-time) from a reputed institute.
Experience:
? 5–8 years of progressive HR experience in the FMCG & Food Industry, with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.

Skills & Attributes:
Proven experience in campus, headhunting, and leadership hiring.
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High-energy, proactive approach with stakeholder management ability.
Hands-on with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals.
