Role Overview
We are seeking a mo?vated Assistant Project Coordinator to support the planning, execu?on,
and monitoring of various community development projects. These include ini?a?ves in
health (diabetes and anaemia), urban environmental resilience (heat impact mi?ga?on),
and youth life skills development.
This role offers significant field exposure, working closely with communi?es, local ins?tu?ons,
and project teams to deliver meaningful change. It also provides a growth pathway towards
senior project coordina?on and leadership roles within the organiza?on.
Key Responsibili?es
 Assist in planning, coordina?ng, and implemen?ng diverse thema?c projects.
 Conduct field visits to oversee ac?vi?es, interact with communi?es, and ensure quality
implementa?on.
 Support in organizing awareness campaigns, training sessions, and workshops.
 Liaise with local stakeholders, partner organiza?ons, and community representa?ves.
 Collect data, monitor project progress, and contribute to reports and presenta?ons.
 Ensure smooth logis?cs and documenta?on for all project-related ac?vi?es.
 Par?cipate in team reviews, sharing field insights to improve project strategies.
Qualifica?ons & Skills
 Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Environmental Studies, Community
Development, or related fields.
 1–3 years of experience in project coordina?on or community development
(experience in health or environmental projects is an advantage).
 Strong oral and wri?en communica?on and interpersonal skills (Marathi and English
preferred)- Non-Nego?able
 Willingness to travel extensively to project loca?ons (30–40% field engagement).
 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data repor?ng tools.
 Driven, adaptable, and passionate about contribu?ng to social and environmental
causes.
