Position: Cluster Coordinator

Young Tinker Foundation works at the intersection of education, innovation, and community engagement. We collaborate with schools, government systems, and corporate partners to build meaningful learning and volunteering ecosystems for young people.

Experience Required

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in field coordination, school programs, education projects, or community engagement.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
(Based on experience and relevance of prior work)

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools regularly for program implementation, monitoring, and support
• Coordinate and conduct meetings with school principals, teachers, and administrators
• Carry out field visits, checks, and reporting for ongoing programs
• Liaise with government education departments and district-level administration
• Plan and run volunteering programs in schools and with corporate partners
• Identify, onboard, and manage fellows and volunteers
• Conduct orientation and training sessions for fellows
• Ensure smooth coordination between field teams, partners, and the central team
• Maintain basic documentation, reports, and follow-ups

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned cluster
• Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Prior experience working with schools, NGOs, government systems, or CSR programs is a plus
