Job Description

Your Role

1. Manage a team of 25 to 30 fellow with the ability to drive effective monitoring through deep probing and proof verification
2. Set clear goals and KPIs for team members and will be responsible for the team performance and quality
3.  High degree of expertise to analyze and diagnose the large and complex data. Ability to deep dive and interpret the trends and patterns
4. Build dashboards & reports and share insights which will provide the holistic view of the project
5.  Evaluate the projects based on the red flags identified during the M&E quality checks and conduct field audits to check the compliance and relevant standards and prepare the necessary reports thereon
6. Be responsible and closely monitor the closure of action items identified in the M&E reports and the preventive measures by the delivery team to achieve the desired quality scores in the M&E reports
7.  Should be interested and motivated to work in the domain of public schemes & policies, welfare and development sectors. Prior experience/degree in social science will be an added advantage
8.  Ability to lead the centralized helpline team which is the first point of contact for the citizens by creating the right structure (queue & assigning), empower end users with self-service, FAQ documentation and compliance

1.  Graduate in any disciple (development sector will be an advantage)

4.  Be comfortable with data and show ability to articulate the story behind the data
5.  Have enormous attention to detail and the drive to bring about change
6.  Exhibit strong leadership skills and be able to influence solutions through smart thinking and collaboration
7. Proficiency in MS advanced Excel (V/H lookup, Pivot, data validation, table & charts, count if function etc)
