The Chief Minister’s Good Governance Fellow (MBA in Public Policy & Governance – CMGGF) will work at the intersection of public policy, governance, and administration to support policy design, implementation, and evaluation across departments of the Government of Chhattisgarh. The program combines academic learning at IIM Raipur with hands-on governance experience to build future public leaders capable of addressing complex socio-economic and administrative challenges while strengthening transparency, accountability, and inclusive governance.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Participate in academic coursework on governance, public policy, and public administration at IIM Raipur
• Work with Government of Chhattisgarh departments and district administrations on policy implementation and governance initiatives
• Conduct policy analysis and research on governance challenges
• Contribute to action learning projects addressing key administrative and development issues
• Support design, implementation, and evaluation of government policies and programs
• Engage with senior government officials and administrators to provide policy insights
• Present project findings and governance recommendations during “Samvad” interactions with the Chief Minister
• Strengthen administrative efficiency and service delivery through data-driven insights
• Collaborate with government departments on policy innovation and program improvements

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree / CA / CMA / CS from a recognized university with minimum 60% marks (55% for reserved categories)
• Valid CAT score from 2023, 2024, or 2025
• Candidates must be domiciles of Chhattisgarh
• Strong interest in governance, public policy, and administrative systems
• Analytical thinking and policy research skills
• Ability to work with government stakeholders and administrative systems
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
