Job Title: Cluster Coordinator
Location: Vijayawada

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Cluster Coordinator to oversee program implementation across assigned schools. The role involves field monitoring, stakeholder management, and ensuring high-quality delivery of educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits and classroom observations across assigned schools.
• Monitor teaching practices and provide structured, actionable feedback to Resource Persons (RPs).
• Support improvements in student learning outcomes across schools.
• Identify and address field-level challenges to ensure effective program implementation.
• Build and manage relationships with local education department stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth coordination and execution of program activities at the cluster level.
• Analyze program data and dashboards to drive data-based decision-making.
• Generate reports using insights from data and dashboards.
• Prepare and submit timely monthly and quarterly progress reports.
• Lead and support team coordination and management within the cluster.
• Ensure adherence to program quality standards and timelines.
• Undertake extensive field travel to monitor program delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) is mandatory.
• Postgraduate Degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in teaching or education programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
