Job Description

Job Role / Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up Wire Cut (EDM) machines for tool and die components.

• Prepare cutting programs as per drawing and ensure dimensional accuracy.

• Use measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, and Height Gauge for inspection.

• Handle precision part manufacturing and finishing work.

• Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure cleanliness.

• Work closely with the tool room team to ensure on-time job completion.
