COMPANY PROFILE:
Swadhaar FinAccess (SFA) is not for profit organization (Est. 2005) based in Mumbai, India aiming for
financial inclusion through the imparting of financial education and the facilitation of access to financial services
to the low-income communities. Swadhaar FinAccess (SFA) is launching its operations in Bihar and will be partnering with different banks to roll
out financial education the state. In Jharkhand and Madhya Pradesh the organization will be setting up 10 Centre
for Financial Literacy (CFL). Through the CFL different financial education and inclusion programs will be
rolled out. These include linking the community members to different financial product and services. In near
future more training programmes will be launched in other districts in Bihar with other Banks and MFIs. As steps towards digitization we have developed award winning apps Swadhaar Saathi (Money management app
for low income communities) and Swadhaar Dost (for field workers). Along with the social mission, the organization also believes in sustainability and scalability of the programmes. You will be part of the innovative and dynamic team and have the advantage of launching, leading and scaling up
the programme. Job Description
DESIGNATION : District Incharge
Reporting to :Regional Manager (or as may advise)
Job Purpose
District Incharge will be responsible for Setting up, Expansion, Development, and Monitoring of the Programmes. Job Responsibilities  Planning, Monitoring the implementation of the CFL and other financial education and inclusion
initiatives  Working closely with Bank Partners  Managing different financial education initiatives the state  Managing Partner and building Collaborations for scaling up
 Networking with various NGO's and institutions for training programme and training modules.  Being totally budget oriented and managing operations within the budget  Building team as per the need
 Motivate and manage the team to meet the targets and also create an impact with the Financial Literacy
programmes.  Timely Compilation and submission of reports, data/MIS for internal and external stake holders.  Improving the team efficiency by capacity building, regular training and productivity optimization
 Believe in Social enterprise model and work towards sustainability of the programmes. Professional Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Post Graduate/ Graduate with relevant experience
Essential:  Minimum 3 - 7 years of experience in Social Sector/ Social Enterprise/ Micro-finance with a focus
towards expansion and sustainability.  Strong management and presentation skills.  Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.  Languages: Skills in English Both Verbal and Written must.  Ability to operate with minimum supervision.  Open to travel regularly throughout the state  Good computer skills

CTC - 3 lakh annually + TA
