We're Hiring | Fellows – Odisha (Khordha, Jajpur, Kendujhar)

Haqdarshak Empowerment Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for passionate individuals to join our field team across multiple districts in Odisha.

? Role: Fellow
? Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000/month
(Based on experience and skillset + Variable Pay + Travel allowance included)

? Key Responsibilities:

Support implementation of welfare schemes.
Mobilize and engage with local communities.
Collect field data and coordinate with stakeholders.
Facilitate training and field operations.

? Eligibility:

Graduate (preferably in social/development sector).
Regional language skills and field-readiness.
Bike & Laptop are mandatory.
Experience in community work is a plus.
