We are seeking dedicated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Ground Staff (GSA). This role involves covering 3 to 4 villages, working within a direct-to-consumer (D to C) framework. GSA will play a critical role in generating daily indents, connecting with the community, and ensuring smooth operations on the ground..

Operate within and manage the assigned 3 to 4 Taluk efficiently.

Reporting:

• Provide regular updates and reports to the Area Sales Officer.(ASO)

Requirements:

• Required to work 26 days per month.
• Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of meeting daily targets consistently.
• Knowledge of the local area and community is a plus.
• Working in the D to C concept.

Incentive-Based Compensations

• Daily Incentive eligible for an additional ₹250 per day.
• Attractive Incentives on Revenue Based
