Job Summary

Job Description

 

 Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities, ensuring new employees are welcomed and integrated into the organization effectively.

 Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed

 Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues, maintaining confidentiality and fairness throughout the process.

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, contracts, and other relevant documents.

Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and systems.

Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

Support the performance management process by coordinating performance evaluations, providing guidance to managers and employees, and ensuring timely completion of reviews.

Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions for staff development.

Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

 Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

 Time and Attendance, Leave Management, Payroll, and Exit Process.

 Employee Engagement, Rewards, and Recognition.
