ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Looking for the operation of Uttar Pradesh handling of 2000 farmers with 25 team members.

 Onboarding of the agri-input supplier (Retailer/Wholesaler) in our system for supply of agri-input

 Prepare the package of practice of the crops for identify the intervention in new location  Formulation of stakeholder for survey in the new area and prepare the interview questionnaire

 Prepare detailed scoping study plan for intervention

 Compile data and prepare the detail survey analysis for selection of the intervention area.

 Prepare the business and budget plan for each crop cycle

 Prepare the site economics to simulate the profitability

 Coordination with the input companies for assure supply and get good margin

 Coordination with the on boarded NBFC for loan process and repayment

 Coordination with dominant cattle feed company for bulk supply

 Community mobilization for bulk Mentha, Wheat, Mango and Paddy procurement through Farmer Producer Company

 Facilitating to business planning, partnership and collaborations of FPC’s with various players

 Support to FPC for issuing license (Like APMC, Seed, Agrochemical and Fertilizer) along with this support to maintain all records and registers like (Purchase, Stock, Sales, AGM and BoD registers etc.)

 Support to FPC for maintain MIS Dashboard of Mentha, Potato, Agri-input and shareholder along with mobilize to community for addition of shareholder

 Liaising with government officials and stakeholders at district, block and panchayat level

 Preparation of Monthly project progress report. Documenting experiences / learning achievement / activities &

 responsible for preparing document for district level interventions

 Business plan preparation for Women Farmer Producer Company and also prepared them participate in

 identifying the risks and challenges analysis during the process of scoping study for women entrepreneurs

 Helping women entrepreneurs in developing and designing Business plans and collecting required documents and submitting business proposals in Banks to access finance

 Strengthen the governance of FPC by enhancing the horizontal and vertical integration to protect and balance the interest of each member
Education: Any Graduate
