Job Description

We are looking for a self-driven individual who is conversant with the Local geographies, Understands local Administrative structure – Block to Gram Panchayat level, Self Help Groups, NGOs, MFIs, eMitras, Government institutions, Aganwadis,  Has experience of experiential marketing, Understands local Culture, etiquettes specific to women and should train field staff and saheli. And preferable has experience in Telecom/Insurance/Fintech/Banking correspondents work

·         Proven track record of at least 2+ years in market development of sub urban and/or rural market

·         Effective and impressive orator skills.

·         Excellent Marketing & Convincing Skill.

·         Primary level of digital skills- efficient in working with smartphone, apps

·         Experience in Telecom/Insurance/Fintech/Banking Correspondents

·         Good Inter personal skills- Ability to mix up with peers, partners and community influencers.

·         Ability of skill building

·         Male/female, Age group: 21-35.

·         He/She should be a post graduate

·         He/She should be fluent with Hindi and the local language of the district he is being appointed for.

·         He/she should own a bike and Smartphone
