B.tech /M.tech with a total of 2 years of Sector Specific Experience required for the Trainer.

About Third Planet Foundation

We are a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) implementation organisation registered as a Section 8 (not-for-profit) in 2012. We work on diverse thematic areas aligned to Schedule VII, Section 135 of the Companies Act 2013 guidelines.

We work closely with the companies and communities to plan and execute impactful interventions across geography.

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepared requisitions for job materials to perform work in a timely manner.
Organization of teams on the same job, resulting in increased profit and production.
Double-check and verify numerical measurements for accuracy.
Arrange comprehensive programming that includes diverse activities for recreation, learning, exploration, and growth.
Impart Training to junior masons for their knowledge, growth, and development.
Having good planning & organizing skills.
To deliver accredited training service, mapping to the curriculum.
Aptitude for conducting training, and pre/ post work to ensure
competent, employable candidates at the end of the training. Strong
communication skills, interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a
team; a passion for quality and for developing others; well-organized and
focused, eager to learn, and keep oneself updated with the latest in the
mentioned field

Desired Profile

12th with a total of 6 years of Sector Specific Experience required for the Trainer.
ITI with a total of 6 years of Sector Specific Experience required for the Trainer.
A diploma with 3 years of Sector Specific Experience is required for the Trainer.
B.tech /M.tech with a total of 2 years of Sector Specific Experience required for the Trainer.
Local Language will be given preference( Engish and Telugu)
