total of 2 years of Sector Specific Experience required for the Trainer

Job Description-
● Prepared requisitions for job materials to perform work in a timely manner.
● Organization of teams on the same job, resulting in increased profit and production.
● Double-check and verify numerical measurements for accuracy.
● Arrange comprehensive programming that includes diverse activities for recreation, 
learning, exploration, and growth.
● Impart Training to junior masons for their knowledge, growth, and development.
● Having good planning & organizing skills.
● To deliver accredited training service, mapping to the curriculum.
● Aptitude for conducting training, and pre/ post work to ensure competent, employable 
candidates at the end of the training.
● Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a team.
