Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage math interventions as per school plans, including lessons and remedial
• Plan and deliver rigorous lessons aligned with school vision
• Set and track clear student learning goals
• Demonstrate classroom excellence through effective planning
• Foster team culture by sharing resources and mentoring junior teachers
• Continuously improve teaching through research and mentorship
• Communicate with headmasters, teachers, and parents to support students
• Identify and report talented students for further mentoring
• Organize student engagement activities and events
• Collaborate with Project Manager for follow-ups based on observations
• Analyse student data for academic planning and improvement

Education & Experience:

• 3–10 years of experience teaching secondary grade students
• Graduate from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college
• Bachelor’s degree and/or B.Ed. in Mathematics
• Fluent in English and Tamil
