Job Description: MIS Executive

Position Title: MIS Executive
Location: Chachaura, Guna, Madhya Pradesh
No. of Position: 1

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:
Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accurate and comprehensive records.
Manage and update information in portals and databases as required.

Reporting & Analysis:
Generate and analyze reports using Excel and Power BI to support decision-making.
Create dashboards and visualizations in Power BI for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).

Portal Management:
Handle data entry, updates, and troubleshooting in Portal.
Coordinate with teams to ensure timely submission and accuracy of portal data.

Technical Support:
Provide support for technical issues related to portals and MIS systems.
Assist in training staff on using MIS tools effectively.

Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level), including pivot tables, charts, and formulas.
Strong knowledge of Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
Basic understanding of SQL and database management (preferred but not mandatory).
Familiarity with online portals and systems management.

Experience:
2-3 years of experience in an MIS or similar role.
Prior experience managing portals and reporting tools is a plus.
