Parmarth Samaj Sevi Sansthan is a grassroots development organization working since 1996 towards water crisis mitigation in the water-stressed Bundelkhand region of Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. Parmarth has strong expertise in water stewardship and works closely with multiple stakeholders including government departments, corporate partners (CSR), local institutions, and communities. The organization implements interventions in areas such as water conservation, watershed development, river rejuvenation, sustainable agriculture, sanitation and waste management, women empowerment, education, and skill development.

Position Overview

Parmarth Samaj Sevi Sansthan is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MIS In-Charge to manage project data systems, ensure data accuracy, and support reporting and decision-making processes across various development and CSR-supported projects.

 Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage and maintain project MIS systems and databases.

·         Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.

·         Generate timely analytical and progress reports for management and donors.

·         Coordinate with field teams for data collection, entry, and verification.

·         Support project planning and decision-making through real-time data insights.

·         Maintain backups and ensure proper documentation of data records.

Eligibility Criteria:

* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

* 2–3 years of relevant experience in MIS/data management

* Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS tools, and data reporting systems

* Strong data analysis and reporting skills
