We're Hiring - Mobiliser cum Coordinator 

Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh - Tarluvada | Rambilli | Mudasarlova

Role Highlights:

• Lead community entry and conduct awareness sessions to mobilize SHG women
• Build trust and engage with local communities, families, and grassroots influencers
• Identify and onboard community champions (Mahila Mitras) for last-mile outreach
• Strengthen partnerships with government bodies, Anganwadi centers, and local institutions
• Facilitate beneficiary identification, screening, and segmentation based on needs
• Address social and cultural barriers through negotiation and inclusive communication
• Maintain accurate documentation (attendance, mobilization data, reports)
• Support MoU/partnership development with government stakeholders for program outreach

Experience: 4–5 years

Requirements:

• MSW with strong SHG ecosystem experience in Vizag
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and coordination skills
• Strong documentation and reporting ability
• Willingness to travel extensively
