PanIIT Alumni Reach for Jharkhand (PREJHA) Foundation is a section - 8 not-for-profit organization set up by the Department of Welfare, Government of Jharkhand, and PanIIT Alumni Reach for India (PARFI) Foundation. Kalyan Gurukuls and Kaushal Colleges are its flagship initiatives which provide vocational education in a residential setup for the underprivileged youth in different trades with a guaranteed employment linkage after successful completion of the course.

The Mobilization Executive is responsible for on-ground marketing and promotion of residential training programs under the brand “Gurukul” and "Kaushal College". He / She would be enabling admission of prospective candidates by conducting day-to-day sales and marketing campaigns in rural areas. This will also involve working with various stakeholders and developing sales channels like village volunteers, Panchayat members, NGO representatives to enable timely admission of rural youth for residential training at Gurukuls and Kaushal Colleges.
