Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

• Coordinate and manage volunteer programs across colleges and communities.

• Plan and execute awareness campaigns, outreach events, and social drives in colleges.

• Conduct sessions, presentations, and communication activities representing the NGO, demonstrating strong communication skills.

• Build partnerships and networks to create awareness and promote mouth publications for Kokan NGO.

• Engage with college committees, student groups, and local communities to encourage participation.

• Collaborate with internal teams for event execution, campaign planning, and volunteer coordination.

• Manage volunteer documentation, attendance, and communication materials.

• Balance of desk work (planning, reporting, communication) and field work (execution, outreach, and engagement).

• Utilize basic communication skills for reporting, documentation, and internal coordination.
