Salary/Remuneration Per month: 17000 to 20,000.00 (Including EPF)

Job Description/Role & Responsibilities

·       Regularly monitoring, coordination and supervision the creches and ensuring the health & nutritious status and growth monitoring, health check-ups, and immunization of the children.

·        Responsible for refer the SAM children to the MTC,

·        Responsible for maintaining anthropometric and other records of children.

·        Report the current status of creches to PC and the head of the organization.

·        Monitor the creche activities and orient the creche workers regularly to make a joyful environment for the children.

·        Ensure to supply and collection of food materials/ Supplementary Nutrition in the creches.

·        Ensure at least one meeting in a month with mothers to aware them for proper child care and promote overall development (physical, cognitive, social and emotional development) of children.

·        Ensure and maintain all kinds of registers and records in the creches.

·        Give full effort to make the creches as model Nutrition and child care.

·       As per need he will be responsible for projects as well as organization activities/programs

·       To ensure that goals and objectives are achieved within the appropriate time. Perform day-to-day program activities and ensure that in all interventions, there is an explicit inclusion and expectation of promoting active engagement at all stages of the project cycle, and building leadership capacity.

·       Liaise with government officials, Media, and social media as needed.

·       He must be obeying the all rules and regulations and organization policies/values etc.

Skills, qualification, and Competencies:

·       Eligibility: At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies/Rural Management/Social work/Social Entrepreneurship and other related disciplines with 2-3 years’ experience in ground-level activities.

·       Demonstrate abilities as a motivator, mobilizer, mover, networker, and escalated oral and written presentation skills.

·       Computer skills, particularly with online web applications and MS Office.

·       Willingness to work in rural areas independently.

·       Good communication and writing skills in Hindi and English.

·       Skill to interact with local government agencies, CSOs, private sectors, and stakeholders as needed.

·       Age below 35 Years.
