NGO SAPNA was registered in Delhi under the Societies Registration Act on October 21, 2004, by a group of professionals who shared a common dream and have come together to work on a people-centric model of development in areas like public health, education, gender, community development and social welfare. It is inspired by the Gandhian ideals of social change.

Since December 1, 2008, SAPNA has been partnering with the Department of Women & Child Development, Government of Rajasthan, and Rajasthan Police to run the Mahila Suraksha Evam Salah Kendra (MSSK) — a holistic guidance and protection center for women in distress.

Currently, SAPNA is operating two MSSK centres — one in Alwar and the other in Bhiwadi.

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated female candidate to join us as Pramukh Sewak (Coordinator) for MSSK. The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall functioning, supervision, and coordination of both Alwar and Bhiwadi centers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and support to women facing domestic violence and other forms of abuse.
• Facilitate access to medical assistance, legal aid, psychosocial counselling, shelter, and rehabilitation.
• Coordinate with police, hospitals, legal departments, and other stakeholders.
• Lead case management, dispute resolution, and documentation at both centers.
• Supervise staff, ensure service quality, and maintain regular reporting.
• Promote awareness on women’s rights and gender-based violence.
• Organize Mahila Diwas
• Monthly documentation & Preparation of Annual Report
• Any other task assigned by the Managing Committee

Eligibility Criteria:
• Only female candidates can apply.
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Social Work, Psychology, Law, Sociology, or related fields.
• Some experience in women’s support services, counselling, or legal aid.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Sensitive to gender issues and a passion towards women's empowerment.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Consolidated monthly salary: Rs.30,000-Rs.40,000 depending upon capability & experience
