Qualifications / Job Description / Package / Gross Compensation

Location                               :               Rishikesh

Work Week                        :               Mon to Saturday

Timing                                   :               9 am to 6 pm

Reporting to                       :               Program Manager

Qualifications              :           Post Graduate – Master’s in Social Work / Psychology

Work Exp                     :           Fresher’s (2019 batch pass out) welcome to apply

Language Proficiency :           English and Hindi (both written and spoken)

IT Proficiency              :           Proficient in MS Office

Training (6 months)    :           Rs 15000/ per month

Probation (6 months)  :           Rs 18000/ per month

After Confirmation     :           Rs 20000/ per month + PLI

Initiate and anchor the Handholding, Wellness and Academic programs with respect to Operations, Monitoring, Review, Preparation of case studies, Financial Reporting, Record keeping, Daily Reporting .
