We're Hiring - Program Manager

Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh - Tarluvada | Rambilli | Mudasarlova

Role Highlights:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and monitoring across multiple locations
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with government bodies and ecosystem stakeholders
• Oversee mobilization, training, and enterprise development phases of the program
• Mentor and guide field teams, trainers, and coordinators for effective delivery
• Track program performance, impact metrics, and ensure data-driven decision-making
• Support SHG women in enterprise development, credit linkage, and formalization processes
• Conduct regular reviews, risk assessments, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and alignment with organizational and donor requirements

Experience: 4–5 years

Requirements:

• MSW with strong experience in SHG ecosystem in Vizag
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Expertise in monitoring, reporting, and mentoring teams
• Willingness to travel
