Changemakers of Gurgaon at scale (COG@S) http://www.cogsindia.org is a non-profit organization with a mission to help facilitate change across all Indian cities, in an effort to make them more liveable. The starting point being Gurgaon, COG@S aims to alter Gurgaon’s trajectory and help make it a top 50 liveable city in the world by December 31st, 2029.

The World liveability index by Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) reviews stability, healthcare, culture and environment, education and infrastructure factors to determine liveability rankings for cities worldwide. Presently, none of India’s cities are ranked above 100.

are focusing on Gurgaon which is a relatively young professional city, has 60% of MNC headquarters; relatively rich ( provides 65% of Haryana’s Revenues) the canvas is not fully painted, unlike Bangalore & Mumbai which have reached a point of no return. Our focus area for 2023 is “ Environment/AirQuality” and the ‘WHAT’ is via increasing “ Green Cover “

At COG@S, we are looking for a charismatic and energetic PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE with a deep commitment to social service and passion for driving change.

S/he would have the opportunity to co-create and nurture several programs for the city of Gurgaon – Green Cover; Community Composting, Lake Rejuvenation,etc.

This is a full-time position that best suits candidates residing in Gurgaon.

Role & Responsibilities: 

1.      Responsible for overall program implementation and achievement of goals set. 

2.      Handle team priorities, maintain schedules and monitor performance of programs. 

3.      Assist in preparing Monthly Reports, Webinars and Presentations. 

Qualifications, experience and skill set:

Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline.

Work experience: In addition to the above mentioned Role & Responsibilities, candidate should be familiar with social media platforms and development of creative and impactful social media content.
