Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee operations.
Support borrowers with documentation for loan/credit applications.
Achieve targets based on the number of credit applications submitted.
Track, guide, and monitor district resource persons daily.
Maintain accurate records of interested borrowers and report to the Project Lead.
Plan and coordinate events, seminars, and community outreach activities.
Understand lending institutions’ due diligence processes and support troubleshooting.
Coordinate with VDO/BDO, local influencers, and stakeholders for effective campaigning.
Escalate any fraudulent practices reported by district teams.
Required Qualification & Skills
B.Com / M.Com / BBA with interest in Banking, Finance, Microfinance, or Small-scale lending.
1–2 years of experience in banking/microfinance operations.
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
Understanding of the BFSI sector.
