Job Description

           KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct training programs and awareness sessions in schools on health, hygiene, nutrition, and emotional development.
• Facilitate wellness-related government schemes and support water, sanitation, and health initiatives.
• Organize co-scholastic and EduSports activities; support health camps in collaboration with various teams.
• Build strong relationships with schools, SMCs, government departments (Health, Education, Social Welfare), and communities.
• Conduct house visits and student/parent counseling to reduce dropouts and improve attendance.
• Form and mentor student/youth groups for volunteering and school improvement.
• Maintain individual health records and provide regular updates to school heads and Block Managers.
• Supervise and mentor PASDs to ensure effective execution of the wellness program.
• Submit timely reports and updates on program status and activities.

           QUALIFICATION:

• Experience: PASD(2-3 years) & Lead PASD (3-6 years) in Education or Development Sector
• BSW/MSW, M.Ed., M.A Social Sciences/Sociology/Rural Development with experience in Social/Community Development Preferred
• Strong skills in community engagement, coaching, and mentoring
• Ability to assess and address health & hygiene challenges in communities
• Strong computer proficiency, Data management skills, report
• Excellent networking & influencing skills to collaborate with stakeholders
