Location: Field-based (Barabanki/Lucknow) with extensive local travel
Repor ting To: Program Head/ Senior Program Lead
Employment Type: Full-time
Salar y: Up to ₹60,000 per month (inclusive of TDS)

Role Pur pose:
The Project Lead– Marketing will be responsible for developing, executing and
scaling market linkages for project products (such as packaged spices, agri-produce,
and value-added products). The role focuses on brand building, sales growth,
distributor engagement and institutional & digital marketing, ensuring sustainable
revenue for producer groups/ FPOs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Mar keting Str ategy & Planning
Develop and implement market entry and expansion strategies for packaged
and bulk products.
Prepare annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with project goals.
Conduct market research on pricing, competitors, consumer preferences and
demand trends.
2. Sales & Mar ket Linkages
Establish & manage distribution networks (retailers, wholesalers, distributors).
Identify and onboard institutional buyers (hotels, hostels, NGOs, CSR,
government programs).
Support FPOs in negotiation, order finalization and contract management.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Br and Building & Pr omotion
Lead branding activities including packaging, labeling and positioning.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns (haats, fairs, exhibitions, demos).
Coordinate digital marketing initiatives (WhatsApp, social media, ONDC
where applicable etc.).
Strengthen trust based storytelling highlighting women leadership & impact.
4. Team & Capacity Building
Mentor and guide field marketing executives and women sales leaders.
Build marketing capacity of FPO members / BoDs leaders.
Coordinate with production and quality teams for demand-based supply
planning.
5. Par tner ships & Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with buyers.
Represent the project in exhibitions, trade fairs and review meetings.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams for pricing and margin
optimization.
6. Monitor ing, Repor ting & Documentation
Track sales performance, market coverage and customer feedback.
Prepare monthly marketing and sales reports.
Document best practices, case studies, success stories for learning & scale-up.

Requir ed Qualifications:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or related
fields
6–8 years of experience in marketing, sales or market linkage development
Experience working with Agri-enterprises, FPOs, or related sector
projects preferred
