Job Description

The project aims to develop government (Parishadiya) schools into institutions where teamwork, continuous learning, and democratic values are prioritized. Together with teachers, children, and parents, we aim to create a vibrant, joyful, and inclusive learning environment. Through this project, you will carry forward Lokmitra's two decades of experience, leading the development of over 150 schools in the Banda district.

• If you understand the complexities of the education system and can forge creative ways to engage with schools and lead efforts in a participatory manner with various stakeholders, you are the right fit.

Role: Project planning, establishing and ensuring team accountability, contributing to teachers' departmental meetings and workshops in coordination with education officials/resource persons, donor reporting, etc.
