Position: Quality Assurer Executive (3)

Function: Commodity Trading

Reporting to: Project Manager

Location: Jhabua, Alirajpur and Narsinghpur – Madhya Pradesh

About Us:

The Change Makers Charitable Foundation (TCMCF) was established as not for profit organization
in the year 2019 with a purpose to develop human capital and promote sustainable farm practices.
With its head office in Bhopal, it currently works with more than 12,000 farmers in the states of
Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. It is building the portfolio of Contract farming along with
trading of organic commodities and farmer cooperatives.

It has planned to double the farmer base in the FY of 2023-24 and bring varied crops under the
contract farming portfolio. To take care of the expansion plans, TCMCF is looking forward to
onboard young, enthusiastic and delivery oriented professionals who are keen to work with the
farmers to promote contract farming through sustainable farm practices.

Job Brief: Quality Assurance Specialist responsibilities include Managing quality standards, conducting tests and identifying issues in the production of our Agri Commodity. Ultimately, you will work with a team to ensure our final Procured Quantity meet our organization’s standards across the board.

Job Description:
The scope of work includes but not limited to:

• Good Knowledge of Crop and quality for commodities like Soybean, Wheat, Maize and Pulses
• Handson experience on Quality assurance As per Quality Standard Assuring the quality of
• Ensure each Farmer wise procurement according to Standard Quality Parameter
• Managing Logistics, Warehousing including fumigation, stacking and sampling
• Managing Labour, Packing Loading & Unloading
• Sample Collection, Testing and Management for different commodities
• Well versed with different documentation required for quality assurance , warehousing and Inventory Management

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Any Graduate with minimum of three-five years of relevant
• Age limit: 25-32 years with dynamic personality and good interpersonal skills

Remuneration:

• Rs 15,000-25,000 per month/-
• Travel and communication allowances are additional
