Position: Research Analysts

 

Location: Lucknow & Delhi 

 

AMS (www.amsindia.org) is a research-based consulting organization, working with various Govt. Departments and International Agencies (World Bank, Unicef, UNDP, WFP etc.). Our major sectors of work include Rural Development, Livelihoods, Water & Sanitation, Financial Inclusion, Education, Women & Child Development, Public Health, Nutrition, etc.

To augment our Proposal Development Unit and Project Execution Unit, we require suitably qualified and experienced Research Analysts for our Lucknow & Delhi Offices. 

Job Responsibilities: 

Research Analyst

(Proposal Development Unit)

Research Analyst

(Project Execution Unit)

·            Go through the RFP/EoI and prepare detailed queries to be raised in the pre-bid meetings

·            Prepare research framework and study tools as per the research objectives

·            Participate in the pre-bid meetings and to get proper redressal of the queries

·            Prepare training material for field staff and offer training for data collection

·            Work in close coordination with the Proposal Development Team

·            Supervise data quality and offer resolution to technical queries from the field

·            Prepare high quality and suitably responsive Technical Proposals in short timelines.

·            Analyse qualitative and qualitative data using suitable tools like SPSS/STATA/R/ PowerBi/ N-Vivo/ Atlas Ti

·            Make impactful and engaging Proposal Presentations to the Client

·            Prepare high quality research reports as per client’s requirements

 

     Requirements:

  • Excellent command over written & verbal English (both grammar and language)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of Research Methodology for carrying out monitoring and impact evaluation researches in social sector domains.
  • Postgraduate in Social Sciences/Rural Development/Economics/Statistics/Management, etc. 

Eligibility: Relevant experience in a research or consulting firm.

  • Research Analyst (Proposal Development Unit): Minimum 3 Years
  • Research Analyst (Project Execution Unit): Minimum 2 years 

Remuneration: This is a full-time regular position with an initial probation period of 1 year. Starting remuneration –

  • Research Analyst (Proposal Development Unit): Rs. 10.8 lakh per annum
  • Research Analyst (Project Execution Unit): Rs. 9.0 lakh per annum
